Working For You at Kirkwood Community College

The purpose of KSA at Kirkwood is to promote the welfare of our membership and provide a voice in the determination of the terms and conditions of employment for exempt and non-exempt Kirkwood personnel; this is to include in-service training and job skill improvement.

Board-approved exempt and non-exempt staff are all members of KSA. There are no dues.  We urge you to become involved in KSA. We have approximately five information/general membership meetings a year.

KSA representatives have successfully proposed many beneficial items to the Board over the years. We promote and support KSA personnel interests while communicating directly with top-level administration.
