EXCHANGING COURSES

You can exchange courses of equal hours at no additional charge according to the following schedule:

Full-term classes: through the second week of the term.

Five-week term classes: through the sixth (6) day of the term.

Short-term classes eight (8) days or less: exchanges must be done prior to the start date of the class.

TUITION REFUNDS

All refunds are tuition only and are computed as of the date you dropped the class via EagleNet Online Registration, or withdrew from the class at the Enrollment Services office or at your off-campus center.

First week of full-term classes: 100%
Second week of full-term classes: 50% refund

First three (3) days of five-week term classes: 100%
Second three (3) days of five-week term classes: 50%

Short-term classes: 100% when dropped prior to the start of the class
No refund from start date of the class or after

Refunds will be mailed after the 4th week of the term.

Financial Aid recipients are subject to refund guidelines stipulated in the Higher Education Act. Contact the Financial Aid office for the appropriate schedule.
