  1. What time do you close?

Accounting Services business hours are:

Cashier Mon.-Thur. 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Friday

  1. Where can I get cash on the main campus?

    For your convenience, ATMs are located in:
    Linn Hall (main lobby)
    Iowa Hall (second floor by Sammy's Cafe)

  2. How do I receive my  Work Study payroll check?

Work Study checks are mailed on the 15th of the month. (If the 15th falls on Saturday or Sunday, checks are mailed the previous Friday.)  Direct Deposit is available at your Employee Eaglenet website.

Direct Deposit is available for all employees, please contact Payroll at 398-5407.

  1.  How do I get to Kirkwood Hall?

The quickest way to find Kirkwood Hall is to enter the campus via the South Entrance off of Kirkwood Boulevard.

I-380 North: use Exit 13, turn left on Kirkwood Boulevard

I-380 South: use Exit 16, turn right on Kirkwood Boulevard

Highway 30 East: take Kirkwood Boulevard exit, turn left

Highway 30 West: take Kirkwood Boulevard exit, turn left

  1. A parking violation notice was left on my car, where can I pay the fine?

You can put the payment in the envelope and mail it. Payments may also be made to the cashier (front counter at 219 Kirkwood Hall). Inquiries related to a parking violation, should be directed to 398-5578.
Unpaid fines will result in a "Hold" being placed on your Kirkwood records.
Parking violations may be appealed at the Student Life office on first floor of Iowa Hall

  1. How do I know how much I owe for Tuition?

Go online to http://www.kirkwood/ .edu/eaglenet and click on login (upper right hand corner) and login using your "k" number.  Click on EagleNet for Students and click on Account Summary by Term (left side under Financial Information.)

  • Pay My Tuition?

www.kirkwood.edu/eaglenet click on EagleNet for Students Click on Tuition payment (eCashier left side under Financial Information) and enter "k" number and password (date of birth) and the select term.
