Welcome to the Kirkwood Wellness Website! Here you can find information about programs and services available to the Kirkwood community. Most classes and programs are housed in Kirkwood's Michael J. Gould Recreation Center.
The goal of the Kirkwood Community College Wellness Program is to provide programs, resources, and activities for employees that will help promote a healthy and active lifestyle. More specific objectives of Kirkwood's Wellness Committee includes:
*Increase employee participation in wellness program
*Decrease in employee health claims
*Noticeable, positive changes in health screen results over a period of time.
