Earn a Degree in Just Six Classes

Designed for those who do not have college degrees and are interested in pursuing further opportunities in supervisory and management positions in the trades, the skilled trades program allows you to earn a degree fast.

Am I Eligible?

Students who complete a four- or five-year apprenticeship program approved by the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship (OA) can automatically articulate 46 college credits toward completion of the Skilled Trades associate of applied science (AAS) degree. This leaves only 18 credit hours of prescribed general education courses (6 classes) needed to earn the AAS degree.

You can start working on these six classes while finishing your apprenticeship training because all six classes are offered during the daytime, evenings, and online. The program also allows you to earn the National Career Readiness Certificate.
