In addition to ensuring that the technology requirements are met in classrooms, departments, and offices, the division also handles application support and development, hardware and infrastructure, as well as other technology-related projects.

Overview
The strategic planning process was a 360 degree process where students, faculty, staff, administration, local business leaders, and K12 partners gave input into the development of the plan. The responses were tremendous and will help guide us to important new improvements and solutions.
An important part of our strategic planning process will be an ongoing annual review where results from the previous year will be shared with the Kirkwood community. Technology Services will take a look at the remainder of planned work to ensure priorities have remained the same and make adjustments accordingly.
