Change My Password

Use this form if you know your current Kirkwood password and need to change it.

If you do not know your existing Kirkwood password, you should use the Establish or Forgot My Password page instead.

All fields on this form are required. If you do not know the required information please use the Establish or Forgot My Password page or contact the Student Help Desk at 319-398-7624.

Password Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 characters
• A maximum of 20 characters
• It must contain one number
• It must contain one lowercase letter
• It must contain one uppercase letter
• You may use any following special characters
  @ # $ % ^ & * - _ ! , . ? / ` ~ ( ) + = [ ] { } | :
• Your password can not contain a space, semicolon, backslash or quotation marks
• Your password may not contain any part of your name or k-number.
• Make sure you choose a password that you haven't used before.

Tips for creating a good password
