Dance Marathon

Dance for the Kids

Dance Marathon is a nationally recognized event held on college campuses to benefit families of children who are facing life-threatening illnesses. As part of Kirkwood’s Dance Marathon, students raise money for the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital in Iowa City.

Kirkwood is the only community college in Iowa (and one of only a few in the nation!) that hosts its own Dance Marathon event.
